I actually have never “thrifted” art before, and after watching a TON of DIY, thrifting shows, I have been bitten by the upcycle bug!
I went to my local Goodwill thrift store and found the perfect canvas that was in great condition and needed minimal work done to it. I saved at least $20 just by getting that size canvas! Woot!
This was definitely an art upcycle labor of love – taking me close to 15 hours to complete from start to finish. This was one of the biggest upcycled canvases I have ever worked with (the first biggest one on this channel!), and I am so proud to have pushed myself to the challenge!
So watch the video below and come thrift with me!
